DIE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (CASTING PLANT)

SUMMARY

We are looking for proactive and experienced Die Maintenance Technicians and Toolmakers who can transfer their skills to multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. With a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, you will deliver projects and complete daily tasks as part of a close-knit team, all while having the opportunity to develop your own individual technical skills and abilities. • In this role, you will apply excellent technical skills and root cause analysis, implementing long-term solutions to problems you identify during breakdown responses.
• In this challenging environment, you’ll be able to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and have the flexibility to move from one job to another within your shift, managing your time effectively.
• As well as the ability to carry out planned maintenance tasks and continuous improvement activities to a high level of quality, you will complete projects that include MIG, TIG & ARC welding, while also working on preventative die and tool maintenance.
• As part of a hard-working and close-knit team, you will take great responsibility for the part we play in successfully delivering projects. You will be expected to communicate with all members of the team and across departments to support cross-functionality, while also demonstrating a good attitude when it comes to learning different processes and procedures.
