SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Heavy Vehicle Trade Qualified.
• Previous experience in a similar position or equivalent.
• Self-management skills with effective communication abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude coupled with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to comply with company procedures and values.

• Conduct mechanical assessments for diagnosis and fault finding in machinery, ensuring efficient repair, maintenance, and servicing.
• Service the entire fleet, including trucks, trailers, dollies, and motor vehicles following maintenance and workshop procedures.
• Perform replacements of brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and major engine components.
• Conduct body building tasks, including welding and grinding of chassis or comb rails on flat top trailers.
• Handle auto electrical work on all 12 or 24-volt systems.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are serviced in accordance with maintenance procedures and workshop manuals.
• Strive for growth in the efficiency of servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
