We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, and dynamic individual to join the Bradford District and Craven (BDC) Nutrition Support Team as a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner. This post will support the South Team, covering the Bradford District area.
This post offers the opportunity to work as part of a community dietetic team, providing malnutrition prevention and treatment across Bradford. You will work closely with the dietitians and other assistant practitioners, providing nutritional support training and support to community health and social care teams in care homes, primary care and other organisations. There is also individual patient caseload work, reviewing dietetic care plans.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with Dietitians and nutrition support in community care settings and have a personal interest in training and nutritional therapy, with access to a vehicle and a valid drivers’ license.
Individuals will be committed to personal development.
