Responsibilities:
- Nutrition assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, and nutrition education
- Assesses patient nutritional status and needs, develops and implements patient nutritional care plans in accordance with physician s prescriptions and current nutritional practices and evaluates patient and family members on prescribed diet and nutritional information.
- Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span to provide appropriate nutrition care to adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients,
- Verbal and written ability is required to comprehend and document medical nutrition therapy, as well as communicate effectively with members of the healthcare team,
