We are looking for a Band 5 Dietitian to cover a 12 month period.
An enthusiastic Band 5 Dietitian will gain acute ward experience in a supportive and friendly environment. Acute wards may include complex medicine, elderly care and cardiology.

The post will provide dietetic support to some of the acute wards such care of the elderly, general medicine and orthopedic wards. You will also provide some teaching sessions for health care staff and be involved in the training of student dietitians.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a good rapport with patients and staff and takes pride in providing an efficient and effective dietetic service.
The Trust is committed to multi-disciplinary working and we have good IT facilities and secretarial support. North Bristol NHS Trust is a major teaching hospital specialising in neurosurgery, burns and renal. As a teaching hospital there are many opportunities for CPD and development. To provide a dietetic service to specified wards at NBT.
To provide cover during annual leave and unplanned leave to a variety of
clinical areas.
To deliver education and training on nutrition-related topics to a range of health
professionals, students and patients.
To contribute to implementation of the Trust Nutrition and Hydration strategy
