DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, oversees and provides nutritional care to hospital inpatients and/or outpatients. Provides patient care to any of the following age groups: premature infants, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, young, middle and older adults.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Food and Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.
• Coursework/Training ADA approved internship Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year Dietetics experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience in computers and hand held computers.
• Spanish Speaking
