Description:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all contract services are managed whilst complying to the contract management plan.
  • Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to keep in line with emerging trends.
  • Ensures all companies within the Freehold are operating with a valid license.
  • Handle company cancelations in coordination with the concerned departments
  • Reserving names with DED system
  • Ensures all contract services are managed whilst complying to the contract management plan.
  • To set up a response plan, collect client concerns, and compile the most often mentioned issues.
  • Maintain strong relationship with departments concerned with client to enable effective flow of information and resolution of issues.
  • Assuring that DAFZ employees and companies/clients are updated on all necessary laws, regulations, and legal frameworks pertaining to the Department’s services.
  • Conduct surveys in order to receive customer/client feedback to improve the services provided for them, improve retention, and create a better customer experience as well as help in making the right decisions.
  • Launching Initiatives and joint initiatives with other freehold consumers to raise social and general awareness in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • English language required (advanced); Arabic language desired (working knowledge).
  • Knowledge of UAE rules and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in handling various lease related agreements
  • Planning, organizing, and negotiating skills
