REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or Real Estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly preferred
  • Thrives working independently & a proactive approach - experience working from home and in a role that requires minimal supervision. You have experience as a self-starter, seeking out training and development when required for both self and customers
  • Adaptability and flexibility - you will have proven experience taking on a variety of tasks as the needs of the organisation change

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This role will see you inherit a portfolio of existing clients where you will be tasked with building rapport, supporting their needs but also growing your portfolio through upsell opportunities.
You will be actively involved in the creative design of these campaigns (working closely with our in-house creative designer) and will liaise directly with your agent in relation to the campaign; providing reporting on a monthly basis on the success of the campaign.
Any new business development will be selling into warm clients - so these are clients who are already RateMyAgent customers to whom you will be calling to offer the value added services of our Promoter product suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the lead point of contact for your portfolio real estate agents (approximately 60-100 clients)
  • Educate your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online presence, selling Facebook, Google and Instagram marketing
  • Retaining existing customer base and then upselling to promote growth
  • Building and maintaining strong, long lasting, customer relationships
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback on trends
  • Learn about new functionality as it is released to provide the best opportunity for upselling
  • Manually add assets in our state of the art digital marketing platform
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs
  • Relay market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team
  • Build strong internal relationships and collaborate with the Marketing, Product and CX teams
  • Solve customer problems or issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in RateMyAgent meetings and forums to provide feedback on trends and issues to keep Product teams up to date on customers wants and needs
