We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Melbourne team to work across a portfolio of clients. You will lead the digital plans and strategy for 2 accounts aswell as support the Director across two other accounts.
You will be responsible for delivering media plans and strategies across all digital channels as well as analysing performance and making recommendations to push for better results.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the primary contact for your main client as well as support on the 2 larger accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the clients and consistently deliver high quality client service
  • Campaign planning including managing budgets, platform recommendations and creative recommendations
  • Manage and build media plans and provide reporting on performance across all channels.
  • Plan and report on search, native, programmatic including display, video, audio and affiliates
  • Post campaign analysis & presenting ideas on how to optimise campaigns
  • Lead client WIPs and work closely with the wider Resolution Digital teams such as Activation
