We have a fantastic opening for a Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager (within the Customer, Propositions and Marketing (CP&M) function) to manage the end to end delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns and act as the strategic lead on how these campaigns achieve key business KPIs. You will manage all paid media so we’re looking for experts in leading the full media mix to deliver profitable sales growth. You will be passionate about digital advertising, understand latest trends and areas of innovation, be inquisitive, highly commercial, are multi-taskers.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive product sales across multiple channels, and share best practice amongst the marketing community. All marketing communications activity and content, regardless of channel should be aligned to the brand, fully integrated and optimised.
  • Manage the strategic direction of the vertical and delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns from briefing to launch.
  • Work closely with our inhouse agency team of channel specialists, digital team, product & journey teams, our creative agencies, our media agencies, strategic partners and the wider CP&M team to deliver outstanding campaigns and projects.
  • Responsible for managing the marketing budget efficiently for the product, striving for maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within deadlines and creative budget is managed accordingly.
  • Ensure Marketing Insight & Effectiveness learning from campaign/activity PIRs is incorporated, where appropriate, into marketing briefs and campaign/activity development

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing end to end campaigns with strong knowledge of digital channels – proven hands-on experience of running at least 2 of the following: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc.), Paid Search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360 etc.), Display & Video (DV360, Amazon etc.), Affiliate Marketing.
  • You don’t need to have a background in banking but experience in a fast moving, complex environment is a must.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing large budgets.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to the wider team and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. The ability to influence to ensure delivery dates are met and also adapt communication style to suit the audience.
  • Highly creative and innovative – need to have the ability to develop relevant and contextual messaging to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment.

The base location for this role is London or Birmingham. This is a hybrid role.
