We are now seeking a Digital Activation Manager, Belgium and Netherlands to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in the Netherlands, and report to Head of Regional Marketing Central Europe. You will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria and UK & Ireland.
In this role you will own the planning and execution of the digital calendar and activities on local level. The main target of this role is to create awareness and engagement around Santa Maria with our consumers.

What you will do

  • Define the local digital marketing activations as part of the local annual marketing plan and ensure that the digital activations support the local ATL/BTL plan in an effective way
  • Ensure that the digital activations support the local customer prioritizations and marketing jobs to be done
  • Ensures our digital platforms are up to date with relevant content and be the key owner of digital product assets (texts, images, moving material etc) as well as campaign assets (banners etc)
  • Responsible for the always-on content calendar and the influencer cooperations that we have locally
  • Responsible for content and editor management for own and customers channels
  • Implement global campaigns on our digital platforms
  • Manage the quantitative and qualitative analysis of our local digital activities to identify improvements
  • Implements and maintains the SEO and SEA in local language

What we expect from you

  • Business-manager minded marketing expert with FMCG business background in sales and/or marketing
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (digital/social media planning and analytics)
  • Up to date technical capabilities on platforms and digital channels
  • International mindset, business-minded, inspiring, innovative, analytical and result oriented. Making things happen
  • Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. (French and German is seen as an advantage)
