Description:
BACKGROUND
Curo is an established, leading housing association based in Bath, with over 15,000 homes in our care. We are seeking a positive individual to take on the role of Digital Adoption Lead, on a full-time permanent basis.
Following the launch of Curo’s new 10 years corporate strategy, we are focusing on delivering our new Digital Strategy.
This first phase is the introduction of a new Digital workplace, allowing colleagues to have a consolidated communication and collaboration ecosystem.
To help us achieve this we are now looking for new colleagues to bring their enthusiasm and experience to support our colleagues through the digital journey.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will play a crucial role in empowering, developing, and upskilling our colleagues to achieve results through the utilization of digital tools and techniques aimed at driving continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and management of a digital adoption program for colleagues and teams.
This role is diverse, initially involving engagement with business areas to understand their needs, followed by the creation and delivery of engaging presentations, as well as hands-on configuration of features to enhance user experience and adoption.
Our initial focus includes the company-wide rollout and adoption of Microsoft collaboration products and improving the colleague experience through tools such as Teams and SharePoint, eventually progressing to the development of competence and confidence in day-to-day tools.
WHEN AND WHERE YOU’LL BE DOING IT
As this role will be working very closely with our colleagues, you will be required to work in various locations around the region and considerable time with colleagues on the job.
