REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a qualified and driven candidate who can contribute to EP Equipment’s innovation and reliability with a strong Marketing acumen:
- SEA Expertise: Proven track record as an SEA specialist with experience in designing, launching, and optimizing successful advertising campaigns.
- Software Skills: Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and familiarity with additional marketing software is a plus (e.g., Google Tag Manager, SEMrush).
- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional language skills, particularly in French and Italian, are a big advantage.
- Marketing Savvy: Strong grasp of broader marketing strategies with the ability to bring a creative, strategic approach to digital ads and campaigns.
- Results-Oriented: Analytical, detail-focused, and driven by results, with a passion for continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Team Player: Skilled in collaborative work within fast-paced, cross-cultural teams and capable of adapting to dynamic project needs.
Responsibilities:
As our Digital Advertising Specialist (SEA), you’ll be instrumental in sharing EP Equipment’s vision and products with the world. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Campaign Development & Optimization: Design, manage, and optimize a range of SEA campaigns for both new and ongoing international projects, utilizing data and best practices to maximize results.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on campaign metrics to management, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality and campaign impact.
- Creative Input: Suggest and implement improvements for ad creatives, producing optimized and engaging ad copy for diverse audiences.
- Platform & Tool Management: Plan, create, and manage SEA campaigns on major platforms, including Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta, leveraging advanced tools for tracking and performance analysis.
- Collaborative Marketing Strategy: Work with cross-functional, international teams to align SEA campaigns with broader marketing strategies, supporting a unified brand message across regions.
