Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product owners and designers to investigate user behavior and conduct ad-hoc analyses, feeding valuable insights into the product backlog.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to define and implement effective data tracking strategies to derive user statistics.
- Establish and maintain processes for gathering automated analytics data.
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize data tailored for different audiences, such as doctors and marketing teams, acting as an internal consultant for data science and statistical queries.
- Develop, audit, and test campaigns to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with our Data Engineer, reviewing pull requests and providing actionable feedback to product owners about product usage.
- Define, maintain, and utilize usage KPIs to drive product improvements.
- Specify actionable product increments to enhance app usage, retention, and other defined KPIs.
