Job Description
Role: Digital Analyst (Internal Title: Data Analyst)
Location: London, Hybrid
Data has been at the heart of Gousto from the start!
We are investing further in our marketing, having reliable data and deep insight is critical to our success. Our on-site tagging is essential for capturing data to feed into our marketing platforms for ongoing optimisation and channel performance management. We have identified a need to have dedicated ownership of our tagging management to improve data quality, as well as further support on optimising marketing channel performance. This is where you come in.
Analysts are embedded in cross-functional tribes to ensure data-driven decision making continues to pave the way for success at Gousto. This helps you to work closely with your stakeholders to provide actionable insight on performance and future opportunities.
This is a new role at Gousto, based at our HQ in London and reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager for our Activate tribe. This is an individual contributor role.
To be successful in this role, you will be motivated by having a passion for solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders and championing data-driven decision making. You will build a strong understanding of our tagging and marketing platforms and develop tracking solutions end-to-end.
You will be the expert in marketing tracking and the voice advocating for this area within the wider Gousto Data community, as well as contributing to knowledge sharing and improving ways of working across the Data team.

Responsibilities:

You will split your time between tagging management and analysis - we expect a roughly equal split over time, with an initial greater focus on tracking in the first 3-6 months.
