Job Description
The Digital Analyst supports Digital teams with data and insights on customer behaviour across digital channels. This role delivers strategic omnichannel insights to drive better business decisions and uncover increased revenue and customer engagement opportunities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
Drive successful completion of digital insight initiatives and work directly with stakeholders to support decision-making to achieve Digital objectives.
Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve Indigo’s customer experience across our digital channels.
Create dashboard reports and present data and insights through regular and ad-hoc reporting to help teams understand and monitor the performance of their portfolio.
Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes.
Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
Embrace and seek out technology that creates high-tech and high-touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
People
Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions quickly and easily.
