WHO YOU ARE

  • A clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize workflow and handle multiple, competing and changing priorities.
  • Able to trouble shoot any tagging or data collection issues both by debugging the website and within Adobe Analytics itself.
  • Understands the technical aspects of how digital data is collected and can guide the software/web development teams through a tracking and tagging scheme.
  • Experience in TNPS and Medallia.
  • Experience in A/B testing analysis.
  • Experience and knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong problem solving skills and an analytical mind.
  • Experienced in inspiring and influencing direct and indirect leadership.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Digital Analytics team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of data and insight to the Digital team. You’ll be working closely with a variety of stakeholders, helping to drive Vodafone’s digital strategy.
You’ll be working with multiple data sources, including Adobe Analytics & Content Square. You’ll be using these tools to deliver analysis of Vodafone’s website and app, using data to improve customer experience, understand trading performance, and present key findings.
You will also support of any tagging or data collection needed with new journeys, working closely with our Implementation and Development teams. As well as the above, you’ll get exposure to more customer focused projects, A/B testing and personalisation.
