Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Analytics and Optimisation Manager on a full time 12 month Fixed Term Contract from November 2024 to November 2025.
You will be responsible for the analytics, digital performances and website optimisation programmes for Volkswagen Passenger Cars. You will analyse daily and weekly web data, distil key insights and implement optimisation actions to improve key conversions and customer experience KPIs.
You will be responsible for reporting and delivering insights to senior management on Digital performance and optimisation tests.
You will lead the Optimisation programme of work with external Digital Agencies and you will ensure that actions to improve conversions and remove customer journey frictions, will be prioritised accordingly based on insights and business priorities.
Working with supporting agencies, Headquarter teams and the other brands in group, you will be conducting in-depth analyses into specific products and promotions, customer journeys, user research and usability studies. This will enable you to identify and coordinate optimisation opportunities and potential conversion opportunities. You’ll be managing the entire testing process where you will identify requirements and work with key stake holders to define specifications, test and analyse performance, providing reporting on findings and recommending new strategies to the wider Marketing team to drive improvements to digital customer experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Content Square, IPSOS and Psyma).
  • Ability to summarise complex information into clear insights and actions.
  • Project management skills to optimise the deliverables of Digital Agencies and Headquarter teams.
  • Ability to effectively conduct hands-on data analysis as well as coordinate 3rd party’s optimisation deliverables.
  • Considerable experience in digital analytics, optimisation and digital platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and results orientated demonstrating expertise in analysing large amounts of content and data to form creative judgements on a variety of projects at one time.
  • Excellent communication skills to report findings and build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the business.
