EXPERIENCE

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Snowplow, Looker). Technical ability to understand what’s going on under the hood of these tools.
  • Experience with data collection, transformation, and visualisation.
  • Demonstrable experience with web analytics, tracking, and AB testing in the E-commerce space.
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BQ, Redshift, Snowflake
  • Experience managing BI tools such as Looker, Tableau
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and other programming languages a bonus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran a bonus

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:

  • Ability to analyse complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking to align analytics initiatives with business goals.

Product Management:

  • Understanding of product development processes.
  • Ability to manage product-related aspects of analytics tools

Adaptability:

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where things move quickly and we need to react accordingly

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a skilled, experienced and technical Digital Analytics Lead to join our Data function. You’ll lead the Data Team’s Digital Squad in driving our Digital Analytics roadmap and ensuring the business has the data capabilities it needs. You’ll bridge the gap between analytics and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration of our Analytics stack. This multifaceted position combines elements of digital analytics and product management.
