JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Digital and Performance Marketing Specialist at Aastart, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales. You will manage our brand website, oversee performance marketing campaigns, and optimize our presence on major e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with website development and management, including SEO and content management systems (CMS).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopee and Lazada.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Website Development and Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to continuously improve the website experience.
Performance Marketing:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales on e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Optimize product listings, manage promotions, and enhance the customer shopping experience on these platforms.
- Monitor platform analytics and performance, making data-driven decisions to improve sales and visibility.
Brand Awareness and Engagement:
- Enhance brand awareness through creative digital campaigns and engaging content.
- Manage social media accounts, posting regular updates and interacting with the online community.
- Utilize influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach.
