In this role, we are seeking for a Digital and Social Media Manager reporting to our Motorola Italy, Head of Marketing and being part of our Motorola Marketing team in Italy.
QUALIFICATIONS / WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media communities
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media strategies aligned with Motorola’s overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging contents.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop digital and social media activation with the aim of increasing conversion and preference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, sales) to ensure seamless integration of digital and social media initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify and exploit editorial opportunities across social platforms.
- Working with the influencer teams to deliver the right influencer marketing strategy, campaign management and development.
- Maintain the relationship with our partner agencies and ensure we get the best out of them.
- Develop strong relationships and integration with Product Marketing to ensure consistency across launch and always-on, helping translate business objectives to social media success and vice versa.
- Develop clear data reporting to ensure the business is always aware of effectiveness and efficiencies.
