We have an exciting opportunity to join Twinings and Co as a Digital Asset Manager & Designer. This role is to be the key owner and specialist of Twinings & Co’s Digital Asset Management system, Bindr. This role will be responsible for managing and executing with excellence in the DAM, whilst designing first-class the design content across channels (online and in store), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and in line business objectives.
Please note: This role is full time on a 12 month fixed term contract.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Tertiary design qualification or equivalent.
  • 5+ years working as a designer in either an agency or in-house.
  • 2+ years experience working within a DAM.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva and/or online equivalent platforms
  • Experience designing for website landing pages.
  • Experience working on eDM templates and software platforms
  • Experience working on designing for Amazon, Meta ads
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership, direction and be self-reliant is a must.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including creating all branded assets, templates, asset tagging, asset organisation and other ad-hoc day-to-day admin tasks relating to the DAM.
  • Embrace our CX strategic roadmap and to design key templates for our content eco-system, in-line with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to track asset use and consumption/ performance of asset, generating insights from performance to inform further experience design, content creation, and testing & optimisation decision-making.
  • in optimising content for segmentation and personalisation across all platforms, suggesting how to tailor and personalise content, as well as provide considerations for design creation, publication, archiving and/or removal.
  • Responsible for all design administration
