Digital Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Team within Children’s Digital and Data Service on a fixed term basis to cover a secondment until end of June 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on, supporting, and delivering digital solutions for the department that meet the needs of the diverse range of stakeholders and services, whilst ensuring maximum benefits are realised with the department’s digital assets and licenses. They will also oversee and support the department’s family information service’s digital offering.
They will also contribute to one or more functions within the Service to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and families in Derbyshire through the delivery of quality digital knowledge.
Applicants must be highly motivated, well organised and can work using their own initiative. They will have strong communication skills and be able to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders to understand the diverse and complex needs of a large department. They will be proficient at learning and using complex software systems and large data sets. Experience using the Synergy system would be beneficial but not essential.
