Description:

The Digital Authenticated Experiences Specialist is a member of Ford Pro’s Digital & UX group within the Marketing team. This position supports the marketplace experience on the Ford Pro website, where fleet managers log in to manage their fleets, software subscriptions and billing. Core responsibilities include project management and site maintenance, lead prioritization efforts for all strategic enhancements and site updates driven by stakeholders, and ownership of marketplace for the European markets. This role will partner closely with the business, technology teams, and other marketing functions including UX.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, Strategy or Leadership (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in digital marketing and/or ecommerce.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Passion for building relationships and proactive communication.
  • Motivated and strong detail-oriented approaches.
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital marketing.
  • User centricity, balanced with meeting business objectives.
  • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies.
  • Data analytics-oriented – Ability to drive KPIs/data analytics in all decision making and tactical marketing actions.

  • Maintain the authenticated roadmap by seeking out and combining roadmaps from relevant teams within tech, as well as staying aware of the requests coming in from the business via the marketplace intake request list.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the ecommerce & marketplace landscape including current state and future plans by building and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of global stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain FordPro.XX experience specific to eCommerce and marketplace implementations whilst keeping the customer in mind.
  • Serve the vertical partners as the key point of contact for update requests and prioritization of business needs into web presence.
  • Partner with FordPro international digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment of launches and tools whilst providing an EU perspective at the earliest opportunity.
  • Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
  • Appropriate site & functional testing/validation to aid in identifying errors or defects not covered by the Perficient test team responsibilities (ie. copy accuracy, functional process and data accuracy).
  • Ongoing competitive assessment and benchmarking of digital best practices.
  • Support senior leadership team for any communication and presentation needs.
