Digital Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Automation Specialist who will play a critical role in optimising and automating business processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, this role focuses on implementing, managing, and maintaining automation workflows, IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and CRM integrations to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Monday.com, and experience with APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and other automation technologies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Completed the VCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or a related field
Prior Experience in a Similar Role, eg. Automation Engineer, Digital Transformation Specialist, Systems Analyst (ideal)

Travel to Our Campuses (e.g. primarily Glen Waverley, but also CBD, Box Hill, Narre Warren or Point Cook)
Sign an NDA (e.g. can’t distribute our resources/company info to others)

Past VCE Graduate (we still accept applications from non-VCE graduates in exceptional circumstances!)
