Description:

Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Digital Brand Manager. We are seeking an experienced Digital Brand Manager to lead our digital strategy and plan, driving lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimise lead generation performance, and ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence across our digital platforms. This is a critical position that combines data-driven decision-making, creativity, and excellent project management to drive our Private & NHS businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital channels.
  • Campaign Management: Leading our digital marketing agencies to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO and paid social.
  • Website Management: Work closely with our digital agencies to optimise the user experience increasing conversion, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • CRM Management: Manage the brand’s email campaigns, develop content strategies, and ensure ongoing engagement with database to enhance brand visibility and patient interaction.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Brand team, hospitals and customer teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and hospital activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse performance metrics across various digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.
