Description:
Responsibilities:
- Document the product vision and convey it to the team.
- Create user stories and communicate backlog priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical challenges and develop new solutions.
- Maximize the product’s value and the Development Team’s output.
- Serve as the Product Owner for complex, high-value projects.
- Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
- Make key decisions on product features,and assist in breaking down epics and features into achievable user stories, and implement the changes.
- Communicate the vision and goals at the start of each sprint; communicate team status updates externally.
- Engage with stakeholders on release dates and content.
- Promote and strengthen the agile community within the organization.
