TalenCia consulting is currently looking for a Digital Business Analyst for a renowned client based in Brussels.
Location: Brussels
Homeworking: Hybrid (2 days on site)
Languages: FR/NL + EN
Duration: 3 months extendable
Start date: ASAP
Please note that this position has 60% of working on new functionalities and 40% of application support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• min. 3 years of experience in the same position
• has experience with both front-end and back-end applications, including promotions engines, related databases, API gateways, search engines, and quick commerce, e-commerce websites, marketing websites, customer service solutions, store locator solutions, loyalty programs, etc.
• familiar with integrating both through ESBs or APIs.

• Compile business requirements, both functional and non-functional, for digital applications.
• Determine and suggest ways to improve the business while using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Conduct a functional examination of these specifications across the various application components.
• Analysis of gaps.
• Write User Stories or requirements based on the analysis; these will serve as the foundation for further grooming and refinement sessions.
• Support the creation and implementation of test cases.
• Assure accurate and thorough request and analysis documentation.
• Ensure that the decisions made have business support.
• Communication with senior IT technical designers, product owners, project managers, and IT architects.
• Ensure that the prerequisites (designs, acceptance criteria, etc.) are delivered on schedule in order to ensure a successful sprint delivery.
• Question the time and financial estimates that the implementation partners have provided.
• Attend to user requirements, action items, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
• Make sure that we work well together with our outside partners for digital application development.
