Hiring for one of our valuable clients in technology solutions sector in Kuwait who represents major global brands like SAMSUNG, SUNMI and POSIFLEX .
Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Business Manager (E-Commerce & Digital sales & Marketing) to lead our advanced online sales and marketing efforts. This dual-role position combines expertise in digital products management, e-commerce operations with digital marketing to drive growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience selling SaaS solutions and providing services to both B2B and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Management:

• Strategically develop and manage our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and alignment with business goals.
• Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through analytics, design improvements, and testing.
• Oversee inventory management, product listings, and payment integration.

1. Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze marketing campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more) to maximize ROI.
• Create a cohesive content strategy for email marketing, social media, and blog platforms.

1. B2B Sales & SaaS Solutions:

• Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Develop strategies to sell SaaS services effectively, showcasing their value to businesses of varying sizes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior) to make informed decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports to showcase campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, and marketing specialists) to align e-commerce and marketing goals.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus).
• Proven track record in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and SEO optimization.
• Experience 5 years in B2B sales and selling SaaS services.
• Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento).
• Strong project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Bilingual Arabic & English

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD900.000 - KD1,300.000 per month
