Description:
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.
- Background in digital analytics and business commercial experience.
- Preferably experienced in the discovery of digital products.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Strong business and commercial acumen combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
- Understanding of user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Ability to identify, clarify, and advocate for the best value-delivering opportunities for digital investments.
- Proven skills in influence, persuasion, communication, finance, and organizational change.
- Confidence in asking challenging and difficult questions to business and functional leaders.
- Comfortable communicating and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DIGITAL MARKETING ROLE.
We are looking for a Market Manager to join the EMEAI Digital Office, supporting E&A. This critical role focuses on ensuring that prioritised digital initiatives deliver the highest business value. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong commercial background and experience in digital feature request management but also the ability to analyse the potential value of business requests and validate assumptions through data analysis. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, and Excel is essential. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to identify user pain points and understanding the commercial impact of addressing these issues. While not directly involved in product development or delivery, this role will be key to determining and coordinating which initiatives should be prioritised for maximum business benefit.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Assist in analyzing and defining key Value Driving Digital priorities for the region.
- Validate business cases and assess product viability at the country level.
- Gather essential insights and data to evaluate market maturity and readiness, aiding in the prioritization of solutions.
- Support stakeholder engagement and promote a commercial mindset within the business.
- Collaborate with relevant partners to monitor the status of requests and provide support as needed.
- Manage stakeholders by keeping them informed about the process and the status of requests.
- Post-implementation, track progress to ensure the realization of benefits.
- Gain a deep understanding of problem statements and effectively communicate them, partnering with product design teams during the discovery phase to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and expected outcomes.
