Your team and your responsibilities:

TEAM DESCRIPTION

Digital & business transformation is at the core of the Sales Business Transformation team. New initiatives and projects have been established to speed up the transformation & reach company goals, focused on two main targets:
[1] Leading Customer Experience: developing a breakthrough, omni channnel relationship with consumers
[2] Lean and Future proof distribution: digitalization & centralization ensures efficiencies in our operations, complementing the customer and employee expereince
This role will be part of the team rolling out a ground-breaking project related to omni channel retail. The MVP is being delivered by the core product team and will go live in 2 pilot markets. The growth squad will be responsible to create a scalable blueprint and roll out to more markets. The growth squad will consist of a Manager, 2 Business Analyst and a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will gather business requirements: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements related to omni channel experience in different EU markets.
  • You will conduct thorough analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market needs.
  • You will support technical analysis: translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with different technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of market needs.
  • You will be part of different technical teams to design, develop, and implement the best solution for all stakeholders.
  • You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders on the requirement collection and technical teams on the solution design to deliver timely delivery.
  • You will clarify all questions with a fact-finding approach and ensure the delivery in line with business priorities and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies with the different systems & teams.
  • You will follow standard documentation structure defined for the project.

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Communicate regularly with different technical and business stakeholders, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
  • Independently and collaboratively liaising with workstreams for different EU countries focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
  • Understand the requirements and be able to communicate effectively at all levels to share this understanding.
  • Perform AS-IS TO-BE analysis/GAP Analysis.
  • Regular meetings with technical teams to design, develop and implement the optimum solution for all stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate scoping meetings with different markets on different workstreams and ensure strong documentation throughout e.g. agenda setting, minutes, actions and follow up.
  • Document functional specifications in the standard format.
  • Flow diagrams if appropriate/applicable to this enhancement.
  • Support testing team to author test scripts for the user stories.
  • Support testing team to perform the testing.

Your Profile:

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • University degree.
  • Proven experience working on large scale complex digital transformation projects ideally with some experience in Automotive industry.
  • Analytical & accurate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Interest in future digital automotive industry.
  • Persistent, resilient & goes the extra mile.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Negotiation in multi-cultural environment.
  • Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge and experience of Scrum methodologies at scale.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
