JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Digital Business Systems Analyst– Logistics and Supply chain
We are seeking a motivated and diligent IT Logistics Functional Resource to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of Information Technology team supporting initiatives around supply chain functions, ensuring efficient and effective management of logistics operations through IT systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Or Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Internship or coursework related to IT projects around logistics and supply chain preferred.
  • APICS certification (basic or advanced) preferred
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or logistics software applications (e.g., Manhattan WMS/TMS, Oracle, SAP).
  • Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Design Leads during solution design sessions and understand business requirements around logistics and supply chain.
  • Learn and assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of new applications around logistics and supply chain.
  • Support in the integration design and data mapping for new applications and integrations.
  • Monitor and lead data flow within logistics systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Participate in training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of new and existing systems.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the development and testing of new solutions.
