What We Need:
The Digital Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing our digital processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring that our sales initiatives are effectively supported through technology and data-driven strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for digital transformation.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of digital campaign specialists, ensuring they are aligned with sales goals and equipped to excel in their roles.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital operations that support sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital strategy.
- Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify digital tools and resources that improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance.
- Project Management
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Training and Development
- Design and implement training programs for the sales team on digital tools and platforms.
- Stay current on digital marketing and sales technologies to continuously enhance team skills.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in digital operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a digital environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
