We’ve grown at an incredible rate in a short 3 years – with strong backing, even greater things are in play and we have a new brilliant opportunity for a real self-starter, Digital Campaign Specialist to join our passionate, retail obsessive and energetic team!
Job Description
As Market Media’s Digital Campaign Specialist you’ll be an essential cog in getting our campaigns to market and a key player within our team. You’ll be knowledgeable in multiple Martech/adtech platforms already and have a good understanding of programmatic media.
You’ll be a team player, but able to work independently and comfortable communicating with, and sometimes wrangling, clients to organise their assets, get approvals and check in.
You’ll have an eye for optimisation of campaigns and demonstrate excellent logistical skills and disciplines to ensure error rates are at the absolute minimum.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who take personal responsibility, initiative, and ownership for the work they deliver and have a thirst to learn. You will be responsible for the successful execution of digital campaigns. In your toolkit you will possess:

  • 2+ years AdOps or Campaign Mgt experience at a SME, agency or above.
  • Experience in the use of DSP’s such as The Trade Desk or DV360, Meta & Google ads platforms
  • Visible passion for subject area
  • Team player but able to work independently when required
  • Listens and communicates clearly and succinctly
  • Proven skills in the following:
  • AdOps
  • Campaign optimisation
  • Post-campaign reporting
  • Data analysis
  • Flexible work practices
  • Customer focus
