JOB DESCRIPTION

This Assistant, Digital Campaigns & Merchandising role in the Cunard team offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our Cunard Digital department. It’s your chance to start building a solid foundation in this field, contributing to our strategic goals while honing your technical skills.
Key responsibilities Include:
- Support the Senior Executive, Digital Campaigns & Merchandising with the delivery of new product launches on site globally.
- Support with the launch of several key market campaigns and short sales across the calendar and merchandise each to optimise conversion.
- Ensure that all website activity is customer-focused and adheres to usability best practice.
- Report on weekly and monthly performance using ecommerce trading and website metrics data.
- Perform daily website checks and full end to end web journey audits reporting any issues and improvements to the Senior Executive, Digital Campaigns & Merchandising.
- Implementing tactical optimised merchandising across the website to ensure that the right cruises are displayed in the most relevant places in the guest journey at the correct times.
This role is classified as CUK14 and is available on a full-time 12 month fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
