Description:

The South East Region is recruiting a Digital Change Manager to support the delivery of large digitally enabled change programmes to the frontline NHS, including oversight of electronic patient records deployments across multiple providers, digital diagnostics, FDP to name a few
Suitable applicants will demonstrate a track record in delivering change in c omplex multi-million pound and sometimes contentious change and transformation at significant scale in the NHS coupled with the ability to go beyond implementation to achieve successful and sustained adoption and benefits realisation.
You will work as part of a dynamic regional team with strong influencing and negotiating skills in order to broker best value for the six Integrated Care Systems (ICS’s) and the diagnostic networks in partnership with national colleagues and the supplier community.

Responsibilities:

Develop a digital change methodology, that includes authoring test strategies, test cases and plans that can be shared and implemented across the Southeast.
Taking responsibility for designing, planning, coordinating, and delivering change and transformational activities, ensuring they are fit for purpose throughout the Digital Transformation portfolio of programmes and projects, to ensure these are robust and tested with relevant teams and stakeholders, delivered on time and to necessary quality, meet governance arrangements and realise benefits.
Support the digital transformation programmes across the Southeast to maximise the digital investment received.
Work with the national Digital Transformation programmes to capture lessons learnt from providers to share across the Southeast.
Work with providers to ensure that lessons learnt are implemented to minimise risks, optimise outcomes, and ensure business continuity during major digital change programmes and deployments.
Work with transformation leaders to foster new ideas to support change programmes across the Southeast
Support the development of Diagnostic networks and their understanding and engagement with digital change including review of imaging and pathology business cases and plans to ensure that they are considering the appropriate digital change methods.
Work across the Digital regional team to support change initiatives.
Work with the wider Strategy and Transformation team to support change across the Southeast.
