THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate Digital & Social Collaboration specialist to support our Digital Change Manager in driving employee engagement and collaboration within our evolving digital workplace. You will play a crucial role in mobilizing employees around change projects, fostering a vibrant digital community, and maximizing the impact of our collaboration tools.
As a key member of the Change Office, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating change management projects impacting MeTS employees in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with diverse stakeholders, including IT, teams leaders and end-users, to understand their digital needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with the overall transformation strategy.
- Change Leadership: Champion change initiatives by aligning digital transformation efforts with organizational goals, ensuring seamless adoption of tools and habits across teams.
- Social Collaboration: Implement and manage digital collaboration platforms/tools, continuously optimizing their use to support seamless social interaction, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
- Community Development: Cultivate thriving cross-functional communities, fostering active participation, idea exchange, and collaborative problem-solving within our digital environment.
- Training & Enablement: Develop engaging training programs and resources to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to maximize the use of digital collaboration tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute strategies to enhance cross-functional collaboration, leveraging digital tools and platforms for effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Measurement & Analysis: Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital collaboration initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
