Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing channel management, optimization, and analytics
- Experience in financial services, especially banking
- Experience leading teams who use advanced, enterprise-scale digital marketing technologies such as predictive analytics decision engines, Data Management Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, Dynamic Creative Optimization tools, Multi-Channel Attribution, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of concepts related to predictive modeling, AI, data science, analytics, simulation, and forecasting
- Experience in personalization and journeys in multi-channel environments (online, mobile, email, call centers, brick-and-mortar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Ability to achieve objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from cross-functional partners in other teams
- Ability to deliver incremental business profit via marketing and to think critically about the next best opportunity
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create a pioneering playbook for others to follow rather than following rote steps
- Ability to use storytelling skills to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts and effectively communicate actions and outcomes
- Knowledge and understanding of growth and loyalty marketing principles and marketing technology trend

New York City - Pay Range: $133,300 - 237,100 annually
Wilmington - Pay Range: $122,200 - 217,200 annually
Charlotte & Dallas - Pay Range: $111,100 - 197,500 annually

Enterprise Marketing Services manages core elements of the marketing ecosystem for the enterprise, including marketing channel strategy, governance, and optimization; marketing process execution and simplification; and key marketing technology platforms. In partnership with our customer data and analytics teams, the Enterprise Marketing Services teams enable the LOB Marketing teams to deliver their objectives through our owned channels (Public site, Mobile App, etc.)
The Digital Channel Strategist will be extremely savvy at analyzing digital channel strategies at a enterprise level that increase value generation through channels as a result of capabilities enhancement, optimization efforts to increase efficiency and efficacy of campaigns, and process improvements. A high level of consulting and advisory will be required to influence key stakeholders among senior-executive audiences.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Drive channel strategy and governance to maximize the impact of our marketing channels as enterprise assets
- Lead the implementation of a strategic vision of personalized marketing at scale
- Translate strategic vision into tangible strategic marketing programs, including generating recommendations for segmentation and messaging optimizations to increase personalization
- Strive to continuously improve the customer journey and develop dynamic marketing across a range of products and services while evangelizing best practices
- Operate enterprise-wide audience management, targeting, creative strategy, and personalization platforms
- Enhance, gain alignment on, and implement data-driven channel strategies including placement rules, arbitration logic, contact frequency, etc.
- Oversee cross-LOB campaign monitoring and prioritization through historical and scenario analysis
