Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong campaign management skills with an ability to see the bigger picture.
- A comprehensive approach to digital campaigns, informed by a philosophy of collaboration and shared goals.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, SEM, and SEO, with an ability to adapt and innovate.
- Skilled in the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva, with a focus on leveraging technology to achieve marketing excellence.
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak is a mandatory requirement
- English is required at an advanced level

In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage the principles of dynamic collaboration and ownership to implement Bayer CS’s digital marketing strategies and manage localized activations that align with our overarching objectives. This position requires a keen analysis of digital marketing needs, strategic investment across diverse channels, and campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive meaningful engagement.

- You will explore new opportunities, developing marketing strategies with mobile, web, and social media to stay ahead.
- You will manage digital channels including website, email, social media, SEM, SEO, and content marketing for a unified approach.
- You will design and execute digital campaigns to increase Bayer CS brand awareness, leveraging collaborative efforts.
- You will monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, using data to refine digital marketing strategies.
- You will collaborate with teams and partners to create digital assets and campaigns, promoting mutual success.
- You will optimize website content for better search visibility and traffic, aligning with growth goals.
- You will engage with the online community on social media, building brand loyalty through effective communication.
