Description:
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
- University degree in relevant subject or equivalent formal training, plus a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in a similar or related role.
- Thorough operational knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes, systems and procedures relevant to the role, including broad sectoral awareness and detailed knowledge of successful implementation of digital and direct public and patient engagement. Proven awareness of current strategies for online and face-to-face public engagement with science and of and understanding of audience needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, including discretion and the ability to establish and maintain trust. Direct experience of working with and developing new relationships with multiple stakeholders, including ability to liaise effectively with senior figures from academia, industry and other stakeholders in the cell and gene therapy fields.
