Description:

Our IT & Digital Department plays a significant role in supporting the university’s mission to provide excellent service and tech solutions for both students & staff across the university. That’s why we’re looking for a creative individual to join our team and help us on our journey.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help with ideation & developing and delivering engaging content for the IT department communication channels
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote IT services and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the IT department’s website and intranet pages.
  • Assist in creating multimedia content, including videos, infographics and written content.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance digital communication strategies.

KEY TASKS

  • Help with promotion of the IT department’s services & during key periods through-out the year
  • Help with planning & promotion of the IT & Digital Conferences
  • Help with content analysis & feedback
  • Provide support internal IT&D, as well as external communications to the wider university
