Description:

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR - (PERMANENT, FULL-TIME)

NATURE OF POSITION: Hiring one (1) Digital Communications Coordinator to work under the general supervision of the Manager of Communications and Culture and be responsible for the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George’s website, intranet and social media accounts. They will collaborate with departments to develop and implement a strategic content calendar, ensuring that information on the organization’s services is effectively communicated.
The Digital Communications Coordinator will also provide general communications support including graphic design, multi-media content (images and videos) and produce printed materials.
The role also supports Emergency Operations Centre activities by providing public information during emergency events.
RATE OF PAY: $40.95 per hour (January 1, 2024 rate)

BENEFITS: In accordance with the Collective Agreement with C.U.P.E. Local 1699. This is a Union position.
