Description:
CLERICAL OFFICER – DIGITAL CONTENT
Osborne is exclusively recruiting for a Clerical Officer – Digital Content on behalf of our client, a public sector organisation based in Dublin 2. This is a temporary position on the Osborne payroll, initially until August, with a possibility of extension. The role offers hybrid working, with a competitive rate of €16.30 per hour.
The Clerical Officer will provide administrative support to the Digital Content team, assisting with managing content across digital platforms, including the website and social media. You will handle records, process invoices, manage translations, support publications, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills, with customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or E-Docs and web content management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Irish (desirable but not essential).
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Content Manager and team.
- Process invoices, manage budgets, and update procurement records.
- Administer Irish language translations and support the publication process.
- Assist with website updates, content posting, and social media management.
- Respond to customer queries, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Organise meetings and take minutes as required.
