JOB SUMMARY
The media and digital team is responsible for ORR’s relations with the media and through digital communications explaining the value ORR brings to transport and the economy in the UK.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a digital communications professional, comfortable flexing between creating compelling content and overseeing ORR’s website publications.
The role will sit in the media and digital team in the Communications department, overseeing the digital communications officer.
The role requires a flexible attitude and desire to work in a hands-on environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines. They will develop and deliver a programme of engaging and creative content that meets the full range of our audience’s needs, including video, podcast, animations, and other content creation.
They will be a digital savvy professional who is as capable of providing strategic direction and organisation to the running and updating of ORR’s website, which typically publishes around 1000 documents annually, as they are creating new content.
