Digital Content Creator

Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Digital Content Creator for the Marketing and Communications Department. The Digital Content Creator will serve as a driving force in the collaborative creation and production of digital content used on Trinity’s web and social media platforms to inform, inspire, and entertain our target audience.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Pitch and develop ideas for new digital content
• Draft scripts and storyboards as needed
• Shoot and edit video and photography, including studio headshots
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager on the creation and production of platform-specific content
• Attend select college events to record or create media content

Qualifications include:

• Understand and embrace the mission and ministry of the College
• Familiar with all major social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn), and their required media formats
• Basic photo and video editing knowledge and experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses
• Comfortable interacting and working with college students
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
• Hire and train student workers for photo, video, and editing
• Able to attend and work occasional events on nights/weekends
• Maintain a valid United States driver’s license

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media production, or related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role is required.
