About the role:
BSI is looking for a Digital Content Lead to take our digital content strategy to the next level. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we engage with audiences across our global digital platforms, ensuring our content reflects BSI’s brand values and delivers measurable impact.
Our User Experience (UX) Practice is dedicated to designing client-centric journeys that drive seamless, impactful interactions across channels. By collaborating with regional and country teams, we ensure our digital experiences are localized to meet diverse market needs while maintaining best practices and aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).
As the Digital Content Lead, you’ll bring a strategic and data-driven approach to content creation and optimization, working to enhance user engagement and support our business goals. If you’re ready to lead with creativity, collaboration, and innovation, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content and work closely with Marketing copywriters to meet company objectives and uphold brand standards.
  • Conduct audits of existing and new digital content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, including voice, optimization, and suitability.
  • Research competitors to identify relevant keywords and content opportunities for improved coverage.
  • Promote a cohesive brand voice and identity by ensuring consistency across all content.
  • Collaborate on content calendars to plan and execute short- and long-term campaigns for various digital channels.
  • Monitor, test and analyze the performance of digital content using tools that measure key performance indicators and metrics.
