JOB DESCRIPTION

P&O Cruises is in search of a Digital Content Manager (on a 12-month FTC covering parental leave), who will play a crucial role in leading our Digital Content team, as well as deliver a number of high-profile business objectives.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the digital execution of commercial and brand campaigns, collaborating with wider Digital Marketing teams (social, affiliates, display, search) to ensure brand communications or business changes are fully considered and aligned.
  • Leading the Digital Content team, mentoring and coaching, and ensuring all staff are aligned to business and team objectives, through regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Managing the budget effectively against the strategic roadmap, identifying and proposing solutions to any risks to changes in spend requirements.
  • Providing best-practice guidance to the business surrounding online copy, creative and creation of assets to bring our experience to life online.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a fixed term basis for 12 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

REQUIREMENTS: YOUR EXPERTISE AND LEADERSHIP

To thrive as a Digital Content Manager, we’re looking for:

  • Experienced professional within Digital Marketing
  • Ability to provide specialist Digital Content expertise, inputting to the overall Digital strategy to ensure output is guest-obsessed
  • Demonstrable experience working with CMS and content systems in the production of content
  • Previous experience managing and coaching teams
