Job Description
We’re recruiting for two Digital Content Specialists to join us on a job share basis. The job holders will support the delivery of Legal & General Asset Management’s digital marketing strategy into the UK, Europe and Asia through supporting core digital activities and lending project support to other members of the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivery and developing content for LGIM’s websites and campaign pages through the appropriate workflow processes
  • Liaising with translation partners and internal stakeholders to deliver website pages in the relevant language
  • Digital Marketing inbox management: acting as the first line support and managing a busy and varied mailbox with minimal supervision
  • Processing invoices and raising purchase orders as needed
  • Liaising with LGIM’s internal teams (including Group Digital,/Digital Solutions.) where appropriate to resolve technical issues and implement changes
  • Supporting the regular email programme sends in line with business requirements and industry best practice
  • Undertaking regular team output, website and email analytics reporting tasks as require
  • Taking proactive ownership to ensure continuity of work being undertaken, with time sensitive work being supported by handovers within the team to ensure completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities, including the responsibility to produce and maintain clear, fair, and non-misleading marketing collateral and client-facing material. Additionally, ensure that divisional standards are upheld, and any concerns are promptly escalated to senior management for appropriate action

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree or equivalent working experience IMC or similar
  • Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role
  • Experience of web strategy and design in support of marketing functions within financial Services
  • Experience working on email, web content or digital marketing-related projects
  • Other relevant experience in an Investment Management firm or Financial Services
  • General awareness of the breadth of digital marketing tools and techniques available in the market
  • European language skills would be an advantage
  • A self-starter with good communication skills.
  • A team player willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands
  • Creativity balanced with a strong attention to detail
  • A passion for technology and digital
