Digital Copywriter and Marketing Manager
Reporting of the Role
This role reports to the Global Player Engagement Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
- Craft highly engaging copy, with a focus on targeting multiple different audience segments. The larger aim is to drive our users back into the content they love with significant and tangible results.
- Help manage the team’s day-to-day workload and output, supporting any initial queries and approvals.
- Work with the Global Player Engagement Marketing Lead to develop, manage and execute Global Player engagement marketing strategy- offering users a unique messaging journey, driven by their preferences and behaviour.
- Execute and manage the creative delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns for Global Player; support brands using email and push notifications; as well as utilising social, customer service and programming team marketing channels to extend messaging reach.
- Support the development and standardisation of the Global Player brand, its positioning and value across the user lifecycle and cross-channel marketing.
- Support the approval of team output across all brands, ensuring marketing channel best practice, optimal user journeys and brand TOV is followed.
- Confidently analyse engagement and behaviour data, pulling out key themes, presenting findings and making recommendations for next steps to key stakeholders.
- Embrace a test, learn, and optimise attitude, continuously building upon knowledge and driving performance across all campaigns.
- Proactively come up with highly relevant and opportunity-led ideas to evolve the team’s output, from the detail to big picture thinking.
- Underline all projects and campaigns with compliance, data management and GDPR in mind. Including but not limited to data and consent management and monitoring.
- Occasionally, deliver campaigns out of hours for big opportunity projects.
