Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
The purpose of the Digital Delivery Consultant is to support the Digital Delivery workstream leads and be a key point of contact for pre- and post- onboarding support to the firm’s Concert adoption.
The Digital Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering generic and tailored support plans for the firms to enable them to get the best out of the Concert Functionality.
- Salary - up to £35,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus -7.5%

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Working with Digital Delivery workstream leads, assist with scheduling, and for Strategic Partner firms, create and provide tailored support plans, around the utilisation of Concert Functionality.
- Provide post-implementation coaching and support around specific areas of Concert Functionality.
- Communication to all interested parties of activity undertaken and feedback any issues that have arisen and identify trends to help future adoption or where additional specialist support is required.
- Provide an effective combination of telephony, web-based and face-to-face training / support across all areas of accountability.
- Act as subject matter experts for Firm adoption and Concert best practice to support programme activities and deliverables.
- Provide, support and mentoring for Digital Delivery Managers.
